To send your case to our lab, please follow these simple steps:
Complete the Lab Form:
Fill out our Lab Form, providing detailed and accurate information about the case, including the desired dental prosthesis or appliance, tooth shade, and any other pertinent information. Please also provide detailed information about the patient, including their name, date of birth, and any specific preferences or special instructions. Completing the form accurately to ensure that we can deliver the best possible results for your patients.
If you do not have our Lab Form, please request from us or download it from here (Lab Form).
Attachment , Information, Special Instructions:
For conventional case, please include high-quality, accurate impressions of the patient's upper and lower arches. Ensure that the impressions are void of distortions, tears, or air bubbles. Impressions are the foundation of a well-fitting denture.
For digital case, please provide high-quality, accurate digital impressions of the patient's upper and lower arches using an intraoral scanner. Ensure that the digital impressions are free of distortions and capture the full anatomical detail needed for precise fabrication. Make sure the files are in a compatible format. If required, please provide a precise bite registration to capture the relationship between the upper and lower jaws. This is crucial for achieving proper occlusion and function in the final denture.
Clearly indicate the desired shade for the denture. If the patient has specific color preferences, please communicate these clearly on the Lab Form or through additional notes. If necessary, please include any pertinent patient records, such as medical history, previous dental work, or X-rays. This information contributes to a comprehensive understanding of the patient's oral health and aids in crafting a tailored denture. If there are any special instructions or specific requirements for the denture, please provide detailed notes on the Lab Form. This may include requests for specific tooth molds, arrangement preferences, or any unique patient considerations.
Packaging:
If there are any physical components (such as impressions, bite registration, and any additional records), securely pack them along with the completed Lab Form. Ensure that the package is well-padded to prevent any damage during transit.
Estimated Completion Date:
We will process all cases within our standard timeline for efficient service. If you require an estimated time of completion before submitting a case, please contact us in advance. Otherwise, we will proceed with processing the case based on our standard timeline or date of delivery.

If you wish for us to contact you for confirmation before proceeding with the case, kindly indicate this preference clearly in the Lab Form. In the absence of specific instructions, we will proceed with the case without seeking additional confirmation. Your clear communication is essential for ensuring the timely progression of the case.
After completing the case:
Once completed, we will conduct a final inspection before dispatch to ensure the case meets our quality standards. We will dispatch the completed case using your preferred method, whether it be local collection, courier, or other delivery methods. You will receive a dispatch notification, including any tracking information or details relevant to the chosen delivery method.
Post-Delivery Support:
