Terms & conditions: sales & services

  • ​Currency: Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
  • Ordering Process: Clients must submit clear and accurate specifications for each order. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Pricing: Prices for services are outlined in Artodent Dental Lab’s current price list. The prices listed are on a per unit basis. In cases where relevant, each unit corresponds to one tooth. All prices are subject to additional taxes and shipping charges (if applicable) and Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to adjust the prices without prior notice.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon delivery of the orders. Failure to complete payment may result in delays or cancellation of the order. Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of services. Payments made clients shall be considered as acceptance of the products/services by the clients.
  • Deposits: Some services may require a deposit, the details of which will be communicated during the ordering process. The waiver of a deposit does not constitute a waiver of Artodent Dental Lab’s right to demand full payment.
  • Correct Information: Please ensure accurate bite registration or patient impression is provided to Artodent Dental Lab. Our design, fitting, and final products will be fabricated based on the impression given by the clients. In case intraoral scan images are provided, it is imperative that the clients furnish us with clear and accurate scan data. Clients are responsible to provide accurate information and promptly reporting to Artodent Dental Lab of any changes in oral conditions that may affect the fit of the prosthesis. 
  • Shade Variation: Artodent Dental Lab holds no responsibility for shade variation in restorations, especially in cases where patients have undergone whitening treatment during the fabrication process.
  • Responsibility for Failures: Failures attributed to bonding issues, poor occlusion, accidents, neglect, or abuse are not considered the result of inferior workmanship. Artodent Dental Lab do not accept responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in the products/services delivered if the products/services are results from inaccurate, unclear and/or incomplete information provided by the clients.
  • Changes and Modifications: Changes and modifications to the orders must be communicated promptly, and additional charges may apply. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any request for changes or modifications to the orders.
  • Refunds: Artodent Dental Lab operates on a strict non-refundable policy. No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and payment is received.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Artodent Dental Lab. Artodent Dental Lab may deduct reasonable fees for any services already provided or costs incurred. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any request for cancellation of orders.
  • Returns: Artodent Dental Lab operates on a strict non-returnable policy. 
  • Remaking: Remaking are accepted only for products/services that meet the criteria specified in Artodent Dental Lab’s remaking policy. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to limit the number of remakes or to deny remaking under certain condition. Artodent Dental Lab further reserves the absolute right to accept or decline any request for remaking. Artodent Dental Lab also reserves the right to inspect and verify the issue before approving a remaking. Clients must notify Artodent Dental Lab of any issues or concerns within Seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product or service. Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may impact eligibility for remaking. Clients may be required to provide photographic evidence and return the product for inspection. Remaking will only be accepted if the products are returned in the original packaging, and any items used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a remaking. Issues resulting from improper use, neglect, or changes in oral conditions after the initial fitting may not be eligible for remaking. The timeframe for remaking will be communicated to the clients. Artodent Dental Lab may impose additional charges or fees for services provided or costs incurred associated with the remaking.
  • Turnaround or Processing Time: The standard processing time will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Generally, all cases require a standard processing time of one week. It is, however, advisable to contact Artodent Dental Lab for an estimated turnaround or processing times which will be communicated to the clients upon request. For urgent cases, please contact Artodent Dental Lab to make arrangements for expedited fabrication. Artodent Dental Lab will not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. 
  • Priority/Urgent Cases: Urgent cases may be accommodated with an additional charge which will be imposed in addition to Artodent Dental Lab’s standard pricing. Estimated additional fees for urgent cases will be communicated to clients upon request. Unless otherwise specified, the quickest processing time for orders is next-day delivery. To ensure next day collection, please submit all cases by 12pm each day. Artodent Dental Lab will not be responsible for delay due to late submission of cases by the clients.
  • Delivery: Artodent Dental Lab will dispatch completed dental products to the specified address provided by the clients or as otherwise agreed upon. The standard delivery timeframe will be communicated to clients upon order confirmation. Any changes to the delivery schedule will be promptly communicated to the clients. Products will be delivered using Artodent Dental Lab selected delivery method, whether by hand, courier service, postal service, or other agreedupon means. Shipping charges will apply and will be communicated to the clients once the orders are confirmed. It is the responsibility of the clients to provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information. Any changes to the delivery address should be communicated in a timely manner. Any changes to the delivery instructions must be communicated to Artodent Dental Lab in writing. In the event of non-delivery or loss during transit, Artodent Dental Lab will work with the courier service to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement products may be dispatched upon completion of the investigation. Artodent Dental Lab will not be liable for late delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, natural disasters, or unforeseen events. Artodent Dental Lab will also not be liable for late delivery due to inaccurate delivery information provided by the clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Artodent Dental Lab strives to maintain high-quality standards in our services. Any issues or concerns regarding our services/products shall be reported to us within Seven (7) days after receiving the products or services. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the absolute right not to address any issues or concerns regarding the products or services beyond the initial 7-day period from the date of delivery.
  • Confirmation: Artodent Dental Lab will proceed to commence with the fabrication of the products upon receiving the orders unless specific instructions are provided indicating that clients should be contacted first for confirmation before commencement of the orders. Clients must also provide specific instructions if the clients wish us to seek final confirmation before we proceed with the fabrication of the final products or before we proceed to the next step of the process. Otherwise, orders will be processed based on the information provided to Artodent Dental Lab and we will proceed without seeking confirmation from the clients.
  • Confidentiality: All client information and case details are treated with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Liability: Artodent Dental Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By engaging in services with Artodent Dental Lab, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • Disclaimer: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to interpret, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions at our sole discretion.
  • Modification of Terms: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or terminate the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
