  • Eligibility: This promotional price is available exclusively for existing and new clients trying Artodent Dental Lab’s digital lab services for zirconia crowns and bridges for the first time.
  • Validity: This promotion will remain in effect until terminated or withdrawn by Artodent Dental Lab.
  • Number of Orders: Each client is entitled to a maximum of two orders (or two cases) under this promotion.
  • Promotion Pricing: The promotional price of RM188.00 per unit refers to RM188.00 per tooth and applies exclusively to zirconia crowns or bridges ordered under this promotion. This price includes a 3D-printed model and free shipping to all parts of Malaysia (excluding remote areas) but does not include additional taxes, if applicable.
  • Material: Multilayered zirconia is used for all crowns and bridges under this promotion.
  • Order Requirements: Clients wishing to order zirconia crowns or bridges at the promotional price under this promotion must inform Artodent Dental Lab in advance that they intend to utilize this promotion.
  • Order Fulfillment: Orders under this promotion will be processed based on standard production and delivery timelines. Expedited services may incur additional charges.
  • Shipping of Orders: Under this promotion, shipping to all parts of Malaysia (excluding remote areas) will be covered by Artodent Dental Lab free of charge. Shipping to clients will be based on the courier company selected by Artodent Dental Lab. For remote locations reachable by courier but subject to additional shipping fees, clients are required to bear the extra costs. Delivery is not available to areas deemed unreachable by courier services. 
  • Shipping, Delivery to the Lab, and Collection of Cases: Collection of cases will be provided free of charge to all clients within the vicinity of our lab. Any delivery or shipping of cases to our lab by clients outside the vicinity must be borne by the clients.
  • Impression Submission: This promotion applies to all zirconia crown or bridge cases, regardless of whether the impression is sent digitally or manually. If the impression is sent digitally, it must be in STL file format. For manual impressions, Artodent Dental Lab is not responsible for any damage, chipping, or breakage during transit. If the impression received is deemed unusable, the client will be required to resend it upon request by the lab.
  • Lab Form Requirement: All cases submitted under this promotion must be accompanied by a complete Lab Form filled out by the clients.
  • Warranty:  A one-year warranty is provided for breakage of zirconia crowns and bridges made under this promotion, provided that the crown or bridge has not been trimmed too thin or dropped by the client or their patient, and subject to specific case conditions. There is no warranty for crowns or bridges with minimal or feather-edge preparations that do not meet the minimum thickness requirements. For such cases, if the crown or bridge breaks within six months, a redo is offered at 50% of the original price. Dislodgement or loss of the crown or bridge is not covered under the warranty. For other warranty exclusions, please contact Artodent Dental Lab.
  • Exclusion of Warranty: The final decision on what is covered or excluded under the warranty will be at the sole discretion of Artodent Dental Lab. Warranty coverage for specific conditions is also subject to the lab's absolute discretion. The lab’s final decision regarding warranty claims will be conclusive and binding.
  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon delivery of the cases to the client. Failure to pay may result in legal action being taken against the client. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to demand full payment upon placing an order for specific cases.
  • Client's Obligation to Make Payment: By placing orders with Artodent Dental Lab, the client agrees to pay the full amount immediately upon receiving an invoice or payment demand from Artodent Dental Lab. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the absolute right to initiate legal action against clients who fail or neglect to make full payment within the time period specified by Artodent Dental Lab.
  • Non-Transferability: Promotional benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  • Exclusions: This promotion does not cover additional services or modifications beyond those stated in the promotional materials.
  • No Refund/Cancellation Policy: Refunds or cancellations are not permitted for services or items under this promotion.
  • Additional Terms: These terms are supplemental to Artodent Dental Lab’s standard terms of sale and service.
  • Acceptance of Terms: By availing of this promotion, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Availability: This promotion is subject to availability and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
  • Disclaimer: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to interpret, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Modification of Terms: Artodent Dental Lab may modify these terms or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
