​BUNDLE PACKAGE FOR ZIRCONIA CROWN/BRIDGE

  • Eligibility: This promotion is open to registered dental clinics, licensed dental practitioners, as well as dental labs and suppliers collaborating with Artodent Dental Lab.
  • Promotion Details: This promotion entitles the client to purchase a bundled package comprising a specified quantity of units at a special promotional price, as stated in the respective bundle offer, where 'per unit' refers to per tooth. This package is sold as a whole and is not divisible, refundable, or redeemable in parts for separate sale or use.
  • Advance Payment Requirement: Full payment must be made in advance and within seven (7) working days from the date of receipt of the payment request documents to qualify for this promotion; failure to do so will render the offer void. 
  • Promotion Validity: This promotion has no fixed end date and will remain in effect until formally discontinued by Artodent Dental Lab.
  • Redemption Period: Each bundle purchased under this promotion must be fully redeemed within twelve (12) months from the date of payment, both dates inclusive (“Redemption Period”). Any units not redeemed within the Redemption Period shall be forfeited upon its expiry, and no extensions, refunds, or claims will be entertained thereafter.
  • Redemption: Units can be redeemed progressively (ie: not all units need to be submitted at once) and may be applied toward either zirconia crowns or bridges, or any combination thereof, subject to the total number of units available under the bundle. Cases submitted under this promotion must be clearly marked or referenced as part of the bundle package; failure to do so may result in the regular rate being charged. 
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: Payment for this package is non-refundable and non-transferable to other clients, services, or promotions. Any unredeemed units after expiry will be automatically forfeited and will not be refunded or carried forward. 
  • Scope of Work: This promotion is applicable exclusively for multilayered zirconia crowns or bridges. Additional charges may apply for characterisation or staining beyond the standard shade, special shade matching, or cases requiring non-standard design or attachments. Complex cases or designs requiring special components may be subject to surcharges or excluded from this promotion depending on complexity and material requirements. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to decline or quote separately for cases that do not fall within standard specifications. 
  • Shipping & Handling: This promotion includes free shipping unless specifically stated. However, Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to impose shipping charges whenever deemed required. 
  • Turnaround Time: Cases will be completed within Artodent Dental Lab's standard turnaround time, which begins from the date of receipt of the impression/scans and complete instructions, excluding shipping time. Urgent cases may incur additional charges and are subject to lab capacity.
  • Warranty: A one (1) year limited warranty is provided for breakage of zirconia crowns and bridges under normal usage conditions. The warranty is void if: (a) crowns/bridges were trimmed excessively or handled improperly by the clinic or patient; (b) preparations do not meet minimum thickness requirements (Eg: feather-edge or minimal prep); (c) the prosthesis is dropped or physically damaged outside clinical function. In cases where feather-edge or thin preparations are submitted and breakage occurs within 6 months, Artodent Dental Lab may offer a one-time remake at 50% of the original unit price. Dislodgement, loss, or failure due to improper cementation is not covered under this warranty. Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to change the warranty terms at any time without prior notice. 
  • Other Promotions: This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, rebate, or offer unless expressly stated. 
  • General Terms: Artodent Dental Lab’s Standard Terms and Conditions for Sale and Services apply to all transactions, including those made under this promotion. Artodent Dental Lab shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from delays, non-delivery, or clinical failures beyond its control. 
  • Right to Amend: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue this promotion or its terms at any time, without prior notice. Changes will not affect redemptions already made under valid conditions prior to such amendment. 
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this promotion will be handled in good faith and resolved at the discretion of Artodent Dental Lab. 
  • Acceptance of Terms: By opting to participate in this bundle offer and making payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions.
  • Disclaimer: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to interpret, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions at our sole discretion.
