3-Day Delivery Guarantee

​3-Day Delivery Guarantee

  • Exclusivity: The 3-day delivery guarantee is exclusively applicable to orders for zirconia crowns sent using digital scan data. This guarantee applies only to cases with clear and no issues or problems. Complex cases or those requiring additional consultations, modifications, or corrections are not covered under this guarantee. This guarantee is not available for other orders or cases submitted through other means.
  • Use of 3-Day Delivery Guarantee Service: Clients who wish to utilize the 3-day delivery guarantee service shall inform Artodent Dental Lab in advance when sending the cases to us, failing which Artodent Dental Lab will process the cases with our standard processing and delivery time. Subject to the terms and conditions herein contained, the 3-day delivery guarantee service is available to selective clients without additional charges. Please contact Artodent Dental Lab if you are unsure whether you are entitled to this guarantee.
  • Service Availability and Discontinuance: This 3-day delivery guarantee service is available until further notice from Artodent Dental Lab of the discontinuance. After discontinuance, such expedited service will be available for an additional charge.
  • Commencement of Delivery Period: The 3-day delivery period will not commence on the date Artodent Dental Lab receives the orders nor will it commence on the date of collection or delivery of the cases to Artodent Dental Lab. The 3-day delivery period is calculated from the date the clear, correct, and usable scan data together with all the complete information required for processing are received by Artodent Dental Lab and are ready for processing. In the event that the clients fail to provide Artodent Dental Lab with clear, correct, and usable data or provide incomplete information, the calculation of the 3-day delivery period will commence from the date all necessary data and information are provided and received by Artodent Dental Lab and are ready for processing. However, if the clients have requested prior confirmation to be given by them before Artodent Dental Lab proceed to the next step, the 3-day delivery period will not commence on the date Artodent Dental Lab received the scan data or the information. It will only commence from the date Artodent Dental Lab receives the final confirmation from the clients regarding the cases, including but not limited to the confirmations regarding design, bite, minimum thickness, final product, or others not specified herein, whichever is applicable and whichever is the last. For cases with issues that, in our team's opinion, require the client’s approval or confirmation before proceeding, including but not limited to issues with the design, bites, minimum thickness, milling, shade, materials availability, fulfilling the client’s specific request, final products, or others not specified herein, the calculation of the 3-day delivery period will not commence until these issues are resolved, and final confirmation is given by the clients and received by Artodent Dental Lab. 
  • Confirmation Requirements: Generally, and without derogating from the other terms and conditions herein contained, for cases that, in our team's opinion, require any form of confirmation from clients, whether or not requested by the clients, including but not limited to confirmations after changes made, after modifications, after further requests, or other confirmations not specified herein, the 3-day delivery period will commence on the date such final confirmation is received by Artodent Dental Lab and is ready for processing.
  • Client Confirmation Requirements: It is the client’s responsibility to provide timely confirmations as requested by our team. Delays in providing these confirmations will result in a delay in the commencement of the 3-day delivery period.
  • Delivery Guarantee Scope: The guarantee covers the production and dispatch of the zirconia crown within 3 working days from the date all required confirmations are received. Delivery times may vary based on shipping and courier services, and our guarantee applies solely to the dispatch of the final product from our lab.
  • Force Majeure: The 3-day delivery guarantee is subject to conditions beyond Artodent Dental Lab's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the guarantee may be voided or extended based on the specific circumstances.
  • Peak Seasons and High Demand Periods: During peak seasons or high demand periods, longer processing times should be expected. As such, this 3-day delivery guarantee service will not be applicable to the clients during peak or high demand periods. This will be communicated to the clients when the request for the 3-day delivery guarantee service is made during the order. In such times, expedited services may be subject to additional charges.
  • Material Availability or Special Requests: The 3-day delivery guarantee service is subject to product availability and may be subject to change depending on the availability of materials and the fulfilment of special requests as per client insistence. In the event that clients insist on following the specific material shade or insist on the special request despite its unavailability, the 3-day delivery period will commence either from the date the materials become available or from the date Artodent Dental Lab manages to fulfil those requests from the clients, or from the date the final confirmation is given by the clients and received by Artodent Dental Lab, whichever is applicable and whichever comes later. 
  • Counting Method: The 3-day delivery period is counted per order as specified in the lab form and not conclusively according to clinics or clients. Each individual order will be processed separately within the designated timeframe, and each order is subject to all the terms and conditions specified herein.
  • Exclusions from Timeline: The 3-day delivery timeline does not include shipping, collection dates, or the date the cases are sent out to us.
  • Exclusions: The 3-day delivery guarantee does not apply to cases that have been issued and resent back to Artodent Dental Lab for remaking, changes, or modifications. It also does not apply to cases with missing information, or any other issues that may complicate the production process. This 3-day delivery guarantee does not cover other or additional services. Additionally, cases requiring additional approvals, corrections, or client consultations beyond standard confirmations are excluded from this guarantee.
  • Definition of "Day/Days": Whenever the “day” or “days” mentioned in these terms and conditions herein, it shall mean working days, which is from Monday to Friday, and it excludes bank holidays and public holidays.
  • Definition of "Received by Us" or "Received by Artodent Dental Lab": Whenever the term "received by us" or "received by Artodent Dental Lab" mentioned in these terms and conditions herein, it shall mean the date the orders or cases are acknowledged to be received by Artodent Dental Lab in the lab and which are immediately available for processing.
  • Definition of "Final Confirmation": Whenever "final confirmation" mentioned in these terms and conditions herein, it shall mean the final and last confirmation made or to be made by the clients, and no further confirmation shall be required again from the clients regarding that particular order. For avoidance of doubt, if the cases require several confirmations from the clients, the confirmation from the clients after or immediately before the issuance of the final products (ie: zirconia crowns), whichever applicable, shall be deemed as the final and last confirmation.
  • Exceptions for Complex Cases: If the orders are made for zirconia crowns that consist of more than 3 units (ie which exceeding 3 teeth), or for orders of zirconia full arch crowns, the 3-day delivery guarantee service will not be applicable. Such cases will be processed and delivered according to Artodent Dental Lab's standard processing and delivery time.
  • Receiving Time: Cases received by Artodent Dental Lab at or after 12pm will automatically be considered received by Artodent Dental Lab on the next working day. Subject to the other terms and conditions as specified herein, the 3-day delivery period will commence from the next working day.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for orders must be made in accordance with Artodent Dental Lab's standard payment terms. Failure to adhere to payment terms may result in the cancellation of the 3-day delivery guarantee service.
  • Combinations: This 3-day delivery guarantee service cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. 
  • Reservation of Rights: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to suspend, modify or withdraw this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
  • Non-Transferable: The benefits of this guarantee are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
  • Additional Terms: The terms and conditions of this 3-day delivery guarantee service are in addition to Artodent Dental Lab’s standard terms of sale and services. Artodent Dental Lab’s standard terms of sale and services are applicable to all our services, including this guarantee.
  • Acceptance of Terms: Clients availing of this 3-day delivery guarantee service are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. By availing of our zirconia crown 3-day delivery guarantee service, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
  • Disclaimer: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to interpret, amend, or revoke these terms and conditions at our sole discretion.
  • Modification of Terms: Artodent Dental Lab reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice.
